Fiscal Director
VPAS is accepting interested applicants for a full time Fiscal Director in VPAS’ Waynesboro Corporate Office.
DAYS/HOURS: Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Fiscal Director provides strategic and operational leadership for VPAS’ financial functions, ensuring strong stewardship of public and private resources. This position is responsible for overseeing the agency’s budgeting, accounting systems, annual audit, financial reporting, and grant compliance. The Fiscal Director plays a vital role in shaping agency-wide decision-making and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in nonprofit or governmental financial management.
Required Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of GAAP, fund accounting, and grant compliance; and demonstrated leadership in budgeting, audits, and financial reporting.
