Our Aging With Confidence educational programs are usually one time workshops/presentations that help seniors to navigate the challenges that come with aging. Topics of discussion might include: financial planning, end-of-life planning, health and wellness, caregiving, home modifications and aging in place, travel, technology, and more.

Guided by Simon Jilg, expert instructor with the Shenandoah Valley Bonsai Club, participants will learn the essentials of bonsai care, styling, and maintenance. Create your own tree to take home. Perfect for beginners and plant lovers alike! *The cost is $20 per person payable by cash the day of the workshop.
