Tai Chi II: Advanced

Advanced level Tai Chi class held at MRSS by Chris Bowring. Chris has previously taught Tai Chi
at MRSS both in person and virtually. He is an experienced artist and retired teacher. He has
volunteered for many organizations including providing GED classes in the local jail system, leading
travelling experiential learning programs, and meals on wheels. This class is for older adults who have completed Tai Chi II: Intermediate.
